The company was founded in 1952 by Giuseppe Gatti, who later handed over the reins of the enterprise to his sons and daughter, who are the current owners. The company subsequently specializes in the production of superior quality men's and women's hosiery made of the finest fibres.

Overt 70% of its production is exported, and its main market outlets is the United States. The company has its own production Research & Development Division and uses the most advanced technologies.

Quality is ensured during all phases of the production process and raw materials plus finished productions are carefully tasted in certified laboratories.
