What is the difference between ordering a custom fitted shirt from Sam's Tailoring and buying one from a retail store? |
A: |
You cannot compare us with a retail store. Our shirts and suits are 100% custom made. Retail shirts come in standard sizes which are not yourperfect fit. We make sure your order is 100% to your size and style. Also, our custom shirts and suits have many standard details which youwill not find in department store clothing. |

- Apparel: We will issue a refund for the original amount paid on the merchandisereturned, less a 10% restocking fee plus original shipping & handling fees.
- Shoes: We will issue a refund for the original amount paid on the merchandise returned, less a 10% restocking fee plus original shipping & handling fees.
- All custom made or altered items and outerwear are not returnable.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
- Refunds will only be issued on merchandise returned within 21 days of yourreceipt of the original purchase and will only be accepted for unwornmerchandise accompanied with the original packaging and tags.
- To return an item, please follow the "Refund & Exchange Procedure" specified below.

- Your credit card will only be affected if there is a balance or credit dueand it will be applied to your credit card at the time of transaction.
- Actual shipping & handling charges will be charged for shipping thereplacement item(s) -- This is for standard shipping. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge.
- Exchanges will only be issued on merchandise returned within 21 days of your receiptof the original purchase and will only be accepted for unworn merchandise accompanied with the original packaging and tags.

Refund & Exchange Procedure:

- Refundsand exchanges will only be issued on merchandise returned within 21 days of your receipt of the original purchase and will only be acceptedfor unworn merchandise accompanied with the original packaging andtags.
- You must first contact us to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number prior to returning any item.
- We recommend you insure your package and request delivery confirmation.
- Please include your name, address, phone number, and RA number inside the package to insure proper credit.

- Please allow 10 business days from the date we receive your package to process your return/exchange.
- If a credit card refund is issued, allow an additional 21 days for thecredit to post to your credit card account. Depending on your bank, it may take one to two business cycles for the transaction to post to your statement.

No.You can order one shirt, one suit, one tie coat, or one pair of slacks.You can order anything you want, any way you want it. |

Do I need to get measured every time I order from Sam's Tailoring? |

No.If your measurements have not changed and you want to keep everythingthe same, you can make another order with the exact same measurementsas your previous order. We keep all your measurements and a papercutting on file. Also, we can make any change you want, and we will update your profile. |

What are my options if I don't want to measure myself? |

In this case, have someone else measure you or send us your measurements from best fitting shirtor the shirt itself for us to copy. When sending us your best fittingshirt, you can specify whether to duplicate it or make any changes.After we make your shirt, we will send back the sample you provided with your new order. |

Can my order be custom tailored or altered ? |

Yes, custom alterations are available on most items. Please contact Sam's Tailoring at (800) 494-3120 or email us for more specific information regarding your alterations, measurements and other needs. |

Where is my order being tailored? |
A: |
Allorders are hand-tailored in our workshop. Once they are made they areshipped to our local office in Fountain Valley, California. From here,we ship all orders to our customers via UPS or US Postal Service. |

What is the expected delivery time of my order? |

Deliverytime depends greatly on what is ordered. Custom Shirt delievery time is between 6 and 8 weeks after the order is confirmed. Most items howeverwill be shipped within 1 to 2 weeks. If your order requires specialshipping or needs rush delivery, send your request along with yourorder and we will do everything we can to fulfill your needs. |

What will I be charged for shipping? |

Sam's Tailoring offers Free UPS Ground shipping on all orders over $150. Ordersunder $150 will have a $5 flat rate shipping charge for Ground Service. For additional shipping charges and options please Contact Us. |

What is the difference between 1-ply and 2-ply cotton fabrics? |
A: |
Two-ply cotton fabrics feel silkier and make a more comfortable shirt. Two threads are twisted together to make one yarn. This yarn is then lightly woven, creating a very smooth and strong fabric. |

What about shrinkage of shirts? |
A: |
We know and you know that cotton fabrics tend to shrink. Therefore, we give enough allowance for shrinkage. Please don't worry if your shirt seems a little loose. After a few washes, they will fit perfectly. |

Do you use permanent or removable stays? |

Our shirts come with permanent stays. If you would prefer removable stays, please mention your request when placing your order. |

How often do the fabrics online change? |

We update our fabrics every four months. Throughout the year, we will add new designs to our collections. |
